Typically known as ACA, Healthcare.gov, Georgia Access, Maryland Health Connection or Obamacare plans, these Fully-Insured plans are available regardless of Pre-Existing Health Conditions.

Open Enrollment is November 1 thru December 15 for 2027 Coverage. You can also enroll any time for 2026 if you have a Qualifying Event.

These plans are available without any Federal Subsidies (Tax Credits). Private Health Insurance plans are also available here. There can be some cost savings with some NON-ACA plans due to less coverage provided.

These can be enrolled in at any time throughout the year.

Business/Group Coverage is required by companies with 50 or more Full-Time or Full-Time Equivalent Employees. Also, companies with specialized jobs usually provide coverage.
